General Grants & Real Estate Industry Grants

​Choose from the following, as appropriate:

  1. Interim report form
  2. Final report form

Additionally, select one of the following, as appropriate:

  1. Financial reporting form
  2. Financial reporting form (Multi-year grant period)

Note that the Final report form is intended for completion after the grant project, as described in the approved application, is fully completed.  If a report due date is approaching but the project is not fully completed please contact REFBC prior to submitting a report, to discuss whether an extension period should be granted.

Green Building Grant

As a program run in partnership with Vancity Credit Union the Green Building Grant has different reporting forms from our other programs. 

If you require copies of the reporting forms or have any questions regarding the reporting guidelines, please contact the Grants Administrator at

Once completed these should be submitted to and – including your grant reference number and the words “Green Building Grant interim/final report” in the subject line.
