A few of our staff visited the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board in Nanaimo in September 2012.
Over the next month, many of the BC real estate boards will host their annual general meetings. For us at the Real Estate Foundation, it's an opportunity to connect with REALTORS® across the province and update them on the Foundation's work.
To coincide with the AGMs, we have produced "Foundation Facts", an information sheet that includes details such as the amount of trust income we received from each real estate board area, and how that compares to grants awarded.
Where possible, a representative from our board attends each AGM and presents to the members. This year, we also produced a video: 2013, A Year in Review, which we are screening at the meetings.
We are grateful to the boards for allowing us time on their busy agendas, and welcome the opportunity to connect with their members.
