Real Estate Foundation Signs Statement of Support for BC Water Sustainability Act

This week the Real Estate Foundation, along with other water leaders, signed a statement to the provincial government expressing support for the BC Water Sustainability Act and development of its regulations.

Steps Toward a National Floodplain Management Framework

In recent years, BC has witnessed flooding events in locations as diverse as Bella Coola, Duncan, Stewart and Pine Pass. Most flood hazard maps, and maps produced under the federal-provincial Floodplain Mapping Program, were produced in 2004 or earlier and have not been maintained or updated.
